Proclamation of swimming competition<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

OFTHA Swimming club of Alexandroupolis <\/strong>in cooperation with the municipality of Alexandroupolis and the Swimming Committee of the Region of East Macedonia & Thrace and under the auspices of the Hellenic Swimming Federation organizes the International Swimming Meeting  “FAROS – ELENA SAIRI 2024”<\/strong> which will take place in the city of Alexandroupolis from 23rd <\/sup>to 25th<\/sup> of February 2024.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition will be conducted at the municipal swimming pool of Alexandroupolis \u00abDimosthenis Michalentzakis\u00bb<\/strong> 50 m with 10 lanes equipped with  OMEGA<\/u><\/strong> timing system and will follow the WORLD AQUATICS rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recorded times will be official and registered to the archive of the Hellenic Swimming Federation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results of the events are going to be displaced to the billboard 10 minutes after the end of each event.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition is approved as a qualifying event for the Olympic Games  Paris 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 by WORLD AQUATICS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EVENT PROGRAMME<\/u><\/strong><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Competition will take place in 5 sessions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1st<\/sup> session<\/strong> – Friday 23\/2\/2024 Afternoon<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warm-up starts at 16:30 \u2013 Race starts at 17:30  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2nd<\/sup> session<\/strong> – Saturday 24\/2\/2024 Morning<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warm-up starts at 08:30 – Race starts at 09:30 \u2013 Qualifying series <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3rd<\/sup> session <\/strong>– Saturday 24\/2\/2024 Afternoon<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warm- up starts at 16:15 \u2013 Opening Ceremony of the event starts at 17:15 \u2013 Race starts at 17:30 \u2013 Final  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4th<\/sup> session<\/strong> \u2013 Sunday 25\/2\/2024 Morning<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warm- up starts at 08:30 \u2013 Race starts at 09:30 – Qualifying series <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5th<\/sup> session<\/strong> \u2013 Sunday 25\/2\/2024 Afternoon<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warm- up starts at 15:30 – Race starts at 16:30 – Final <\/p>\n\n\n\n
